In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error in the odds, market, or outcome data (including but not limited to software errors, data feed failures, or typographical errors), 990x reserves the right to void such bets and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. 990x's decision regarding manifest errors is final.
In-play or live betting markets are subject to real-time data feeds. 990x accepts no responsibility for delays in odds updates caused by third-party data providers. Bets placed after an in-play event has concluded but before the market has been settled due to a data delay may be voided at 990x's discretion.
For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series markets, a match must reach its minimum number of overs as defined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI) for bets to stand, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared a no-result, bets will be settled according to the individual market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
